We specialize in a power yoga practice that will tone and strengthen your body. Each class starts with a warm-up, moves through a sequence of poses connected by the breath, and finishes with a cool down and Savasana. We also offer Flow + Restore and Restorative classes, which provide a more gentle yoga experience.
Beginners, pregnant bodies, and students with injuries are all welcome. Instructors will offer modifications and assistance so all levels feel welcome and supported.
VINYASA YOGA
All Levels power Yoga
Our Signature Class. Power classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Modifications are offered for beginning and advanced students. Every teacher is unique, so we recommend coming 2-3 times a week during your Intro Month to try as many teachers and styles as you can. Heated to 85-88 degrees.
Silent disco outdoor Yoga / Dance
Our Signature Outdoor Class. All Levels. Flowing movement in the sunshine is the cure for the ails of modern life! Students wear a set of sterilized headphones to be immersed in the voice of the teacher and the music. Most classes are 75 minutes long. We offer these classes at the beach, in parks, and at outdoor restaurants / bars. Please bring your own mat and water bottle and sign up online.
Rocket / Ashtanga
Intermediate / Advanced. Rocket / Ashtanga yoga is a faster moving style than our All Levels offerings. This class is a modification of the Ashtanga primary series, drawing on traditional principles and techniques while also encouraging freedom from the set sequence. Rocket is a style of Ashtanga Yoga that brings the core poses together in a 70 minute sequence. Heated to 85-88 degrees.
vigorous vinyasa
Intermediate / Advanced. A faster-moving Vinyasa class which leads up to a peak pose. The teacher might give cues without fully explaining them, more so than in our Power classes. A great workout in a short period of time. Heated to 85-88 degrees.
HIIT FLOW YOGA
All Levels. HIIT Flow stands for High Intensity Interval Training Yoga. This series of exercise intervals will leave you sweaty and empowered, and the interval period will be connected by traditional Yoga poses and Sun Salutations. We’ll finish off with a cool down and savasana. Small hand weights might be used. Unheated.
Alignment YOGA
All Levels. This class offers longer-held poses to investigate the nuances of your alignment. Expect specific alignment instructions and greater awareness of the breath. You will go deeper into and learn more about the postures! All levels of experience welcome. Gently heated to 80 degrees.

Kundalini Yoga
All Levels. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. Using coordinated breath, movement, and mantra exercises, it ignites “kundalini” life force energy through the spine to strengthen the nervous system, maximize vitality, and promote mental clarity. This class will consist of accessible movement, breath work, guided meditation & chanting. Unheated.

beginner / GENTLE YOGA
New to yoga? Come join us for a class designed to introduce you to the flow and balance of a vinyasa power class. Vinyasa means to link breath with movement. This class will work with moving from pose to pose - with more instruction and at a slower pace than the All Levels. Students will learn basic alignment and build strength each week to support their budding power yoga practice. Perfect for beginners, and anyone who wants to review the basics. Unheated. Suitable for pregnancy.
Beginner Yoga
Yin / Restorative yoga
All Levels. This class is the perfect opportunity to slow down and rest. Props are used extensively to support your body so you can hold poses for longer periods of time. During the longer holds in restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. You will have the time and space to drop in to a deep meditative state. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. Unheated. Suitable for pregnancy.
All Levels. The best of both worlds! The first half of class will be a Vinyasa practice, and the second half will be Yin / Restorative. Unheated. Suitable for pregnancy.

Students are provided with Reiki Healing Energy from a teacher who is a Certified Reiki Master. Enjoy the Relaxation while you soak in positive energy.
